Welcome to Domaine de l'Annonciade! Our spacious and quiet cottages, perfectly equipped for families, offer you all the comforts you need. Just 130 km from the sea and close to ski resorts, tourist sites, restaurants and cafes, they are ideally located to fully enjoy the region. 5 minutes from the A51. 🌄 Things to do in the area: motorbike, bike or car rides (Gorges du Verdon, Col de la Bonnette, etc.), hiking, mountain biking, gliding or paragliding. The space The accommodation is located in an elegant mansion in the heart of a 3 ha property, with free private parking. Located on the 1st floor, it has a balcony with a beautiful unobstructed view of the valley, olive trees and mountains. As you enter the apartment you will find: a large living room with a high-end sofa bed with bed base and mattress, living room and equipped kitchen, 2 coffee machines, 1 filter, 1 Nespresso a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90 cm), a shower room and toilet with linen and towels provided, 👉 Cleaning fee: €50 (per stay on arrival) 🐾 dogs are accepted (€20/stay), provided they sleep on their own bed. 🚫 Cats are no longer allowed. Guest access 👉 Upon arrival, you will take a cedar alley (18 m high), go around the building, then you can park for free between the mulberry trees. Other things to note For bikers: a toolbox and compressor are available on request. 👉 Cleaning fee: €50 per stay, to be paid upon arrival to avoid any additional Airbnb fees. 🚫 Cats: no longer allowed. 🐾 Dogs: accepted with a fee of €20/stay, to be paid on arrival. They must sleep on their cushion. Security 💳 deposit: €500 by check (not cashed, returned on departure if no damage). Electric/hybrid⚡ vehicles: no charging station on site. Stations are available next to the bowling alley. A meter reading will be taken: any consumption beyond 11 kW will be charged.
