Villa surrounded by nature 5' from the sea

Villa located in a very coastal (2 km from the beach) and protected area close to amenities. View of the valley with rolling olive trees and pines extending far into the Mediterranean. Villa Baguier is recently renovated, spacious and bright throughout. A pleasant 30-minute walk under the shade of the pine trees (5 minutes by car) takes you down to Fonsainte beach, which is less crowded than the city beaches. The space Renovated villa with a large living space featuring large bay windows opening onto the nature of the valley and the sea in the distance. The ground floor bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. The three upstairs bedrooms all have sea views, share two bathrooms (showers), and a separate toilet. The swimming pool, garden, terraces and living areas are all on one level, providing a very pleasant indoor/outdoor feel. The garden features several outdoor spaces to enjoy the surroundings and the sun at different times of day: a morning terrace facing east with sofas for breakfast, a terrace around the pool, sofas under the olive tree, tables under the pergola for meals, and a daybed under the porch. At the rear of the house, there's a ping-pong table and a plancha grill area. Guest access You access the villa via a private road, an area allows you to park vehicles easily. Other things to note There's no air conditioning in the house; it's a choice we made because we don’t feel the need and out of environmental concerns. Being close to the sea, there's always plenty of airflow, and ultimately, there are very few days in the summer when we suffer from the heat. Fans also help ventilate rooms at night. Living in the South means accepting that it can get hot. The pool is cleaned twice a week. An additional cleaning service is required for stays of 15 days. Registration Details 13028001782RH
