The home is part of the Pine Mountain Lake Community which is private & gated in Groveland, California. Please note there’s a one time $44 gate fee that must be paid to enter PML. Book today!! Each of the three bedrooms have closets, bathrooms, and plenty of blankets. The living room has a sofa bed as well. The loft has two futons and a TV. In the garage you will fins the air hockey, foosball, and ping pong tables with plenty of other funs toys for kids of all ages. Did we mention the dart board? Yes, dart board is also in the garage (please use responsibly). IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a gated community, so before your arrival you will be asked to provide us with your details for registration, in order to enter the community gate. Please note that there is a $46 (per car) Guest Permit fee to access the community and roadways. You will need to pay this at the gate once you arrive. This permit is good for up to 7 days. This is a community policy and out of our control. Enjoy the lake, pool, and the many other amenities in Pine Mountain Lake but don't for get to visit the wonderful shops in Groveland, too! Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom house. The closet in the master bedroom is not accessible. This closet is for the cleaners, but not to worry, each room has large closets for you and or storage for all your items. There is also an outdoor patio deck with dining table, seating and BBQ grill for your enjoyment :) There are extra chairs in the garage where you will find all sorts of games for your visit. Every year from mid- to late February, the setting sun hits Yosemite's Horsetail Fall at just the right angle, creating the illusion that the waterfall is on fire. The phenomenon is known as the Firefall. You don't want to miss this. Looking for snow? just head down to Yosemite Valley and you may get lucky in the winter. The Roku is connected to HDMI 4 for your use in the living room. Pine Mountain Lake is a private gated community and a census-designated place in Tuolumne County, California. It is located 0.8 miles north and east of Groveland. Pine Mountain Lake sits at an elevation of 2,795 feet and just 30 minutes away from Yosemite National Park. Firefall is a must at Yosemite National Park. An entrance reservation will be required to drive into Yosemite for visitors arriving February 10–12, February 17–19, or February 24–26, 2023. Each year, Yosemite Firefall attracts more visitors to the park causing traffic congestion, parking issues, safety concerns, and impacts to natural and cultural resources. Groveland is a census-designated place in Tuolumne County, California, and just 30 minutes from Yosemite National Park. It sits at an elevation of 3,136 feet. In the town of Groveland, walking is ideal to see all the Gold Country city has to offer. The Iron Door is a must; the oldest working saloon in California and its family friendly. Groveland does get occasional snow each year with temperatures dropping well below freezing in the Winter time. During the summer, it does warm up to above 100 degrees, please prepare for that too. However, in the summer, you will have access to the private lake and private pool. Either summer, winter, and all in between, don't forget to visit PML's own country club, The Grill. The Grill overlooks our wonderful 18 hole golf course with pristine grass and our wildlife roaming about the course. Of course the lake and pool are a must during the summer months!
