Ardèche Les Vans Two Independent Cottages

Simple and fantastic! Welcome to "Les Vans", the liveliest town in the Ardèche. You will enjoy the place and the activities. We have a beautiful building from the 1640s, full of charm, with 4 independent cottages located 100 m from the river and in a quiet cul-de-sac where you can relax and unwind. You have everything you need within a 2 km radius. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay with a beautiful swimming pool and a bowling green. The space The two cottages are composed of a total of 12 beds, one of which has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) a sofa 1 place. The other 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. The 2 cottages are independent or semi-detached, as you wish. Each apartment has its own bathroom, toilet, living room/kitchen. The cottages are equipped with: microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, television, oven, stove. You have at your disposal 1 washing machine in the common areas. You can have lunch in the garden enjoying the grove or relax in the deckchairs either in the garden or at the pool. Le Puech is a quiet neighborhood, with some secondary residences, near the town of "Les Vans". Guest access The house address is 490 Chemin du Puech - 07140 - Chambonas. In the photos you have the GPS coordinates. At the first roundabout after passing the bridge over Chassezac towards Les Vans, take the second right, Chemin du Ganivay. At the end of the EPAD, which is on your left, you immediately take the small path on your right. Our MAS with green shutters is on your right almost at the end of the cul-de-sac. You have arrived! The Puech neighborhood is quiet with some secondary residences. You have everything you might need 2 km away. The town of "Les Vans" is generously stocked with the establishments necessary for your stay and your family's. Make your stay in Cévennes d'Ardèche an unforgettable one. Come and discover villages of character with colorful atmospheres. Come and walk the hiking trails of the Bois de Païolive or descend the mythical Gorges du Chassezac by canoe or paddleboard. Take time, detach yourself from the trivialities of everyday life or just be in communion with nature. Here you can do it! Other things to note Optional non-mandatory service to be paid on site upon arrival: Bed linen and shower towel rental on site €20 for bed linen and €10 for towels per person. We don't have beach towels. - Small pets are allowed €60 for the stay - Your deposit for the 2 cottages is €700 - The cleaning is €150 per apartment or €300. (You can choose to do it yourself)
