Our quaint home is situated on beautiful White Sands lake and is perfect for either one or two families to share. The tree-covered property has 100 feet of shoreline, a dock and boat lift. The fishing is great. White Sand Lake is one of the few lakes located within the city limits of Baxter. This means you’re only minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The town has everything you’ll need to make your stay comfortable. This place is perfect for the kids. The home’s main floor has been recently updated with a new, fully-equipped, kitchen and floors throughout. The view of the lake is stunning from the sunroom and perfect for morning coffee. The open living room provides an ideal spot for spending time together or for watching your favorite movies on the large-screen TV. This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the main floor. The basement has a great room with 4 beds, 2 extra pull-out mattress and 1 bathroom. The great room also has a game area, and large-screen TV that’s perfect for the kids. In the summer months, this area offers world-class fishing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. If you prefer to relax on the beach and soak up the sun, Whipple Beach Recreational area is a short 3-minute drive. During the winter months you can ice fish, snowmobile, cross country ski, and so much more. There are opportunities for outdoor activities all year round!
