It is an excellent luxurious secluded retreat that offers relaxation and privacy but is also the ideal starting point to explore the unique nature of Corfu and discover the beaches of the island. Inside the house, the space is abundant, the mood is luxurious and the palette is modern and discreet. There are huge openings everywhere that frame the magnificent view of the green nature and the sea landscape. On the first level (ground floor) there are two bedrooms, shared, an outdoor pool and a huge sunny terrace. The infinity pool with built-in Jacuzzi is designed to stimulate the senses and offer comfort and relaxation under the blue sky. On the second level (middle ground floor) there is a single space of 80m2 with entrance, living room and dining room and WC. There is also a kitchen with a small dining room of 20m2. Outside there is a large courtyard with lawn and flowers, an outdoor living room and a shelter with barbecue and oven. The shaded dining room under the dome overlooking the sea landscape makes the process of eating an insurmountable luxury. On the third level (1st floor) there are three bedrooms. One has a private bathroom and the other two have a shared bathroom. They have openings and terraces to the unobstructed and panoramic views. All bedrooms are fully equipped and the mattresses are of excellent quality. All bathrooms have shower cabins and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a refrigerator, oven, electric stove, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, juice blender and other small electrical appliances. In the living room there are sofas, smart TV with Netflix and cosmote TV and a dining area. A wifi signal is emitted that covers the entire building internally and externally. There is parking space for three cars with access via a remote-controlled gate. Fitness equipment and bicycles are available to explore the surrounding area.
