The local convenience store may be found right across from the bar. The Painswick Beacon, which is just a twenty-minute stroll from the village, offers breathtaking panoramas of Gloucester, the River Severn, and the Malvern Hills. The Painswick Centre is home to the ACP Gallery and a wide variety of events and exhibitions.
