Loft under the volcano, with private parking space

Relax with our family in this quite loft, provided with all comforts, surrounded by nature at the foot of Etna. Enjoy the sight of a fiery sunset behind the volcano or the spectacle of the rising of the sun on the sea of the Ionian coast. Breathe the typical scents of Sicilian land walking through the streets of the town, a few minutes away, taking advantage of the opportunity to taste the local specialties. Easily reach the most famous sites of tourist interest. The space The loft is located on the ground floor of a flat. Passing through an iron gate which opens on a small garden you can park your car on the central path. A large stair leads to the patio in which you find a round table with chairs for your morning breakfast or for an open air lunch, the barbeque and a fountain (in the flowerbeds in front of the patio there are laurel, rosemary and mint plants that the host makes available to flavor the food). You can have access to the apartment through an armored glass door. Immediately at your left you find the bathroom, small but equipped with all the comforts (WC, a large shower, a sink, a bidet, a vertical cabinet and a wall unit with mirror) and equipped with hairdryer, liquid soap and toilet paper. In the small atrium that leads into the living area there are hanging on the wall: on the right the dispenser with hand sanitizer and the first aid cabinet, on the left the fire extinguisher. The kitchenette extends along the entire length of the ground floor on the right. On your right there is the kitchen with the washing machine, the stove, double sink, vertical oven, the microwave, and the cabinets for the crockery, with relative dishes, cookware and kitchen accessories available. At the end of the wall there is a big fridge with freezer. In the middle of the room there is a square table with glass on the top which can be extended from 4 to 8 seaters. On the left side there is a rack for the TV, 3 shelves, with books of various kinds available, and a double sofa bed. A bookshelf divides the room in two areas (also equipped with books available to customers). Behind the bookshelf there is a rectangular table that can be used as a table top for any study or work (with comfortable PC socket); on the table there are also an espresso coffee machine with relative pods supplied and an American coffee machine. The basement next to the table houses a shelf that contains a vacuum cleaner, a steam iron, a clothesline with basket and clothespins: an ironing board, broom, shovel, bucket with mop: all available to guests. A comfortable stair with railing leads on the wooden mezzanine, used as a sleeping area (on the wall of the staircase, between the living room and the sleeping area, there is an air conditioner). In fact here you find immediately two single beds, a night table and a padded chest: you can use it to put your luggage on. From the big window in a lower room in front of the bedroom come air and light: this room serves exclusively as a linen deposit (managed only by the host), but the open wardrobe with hangers is avalaible to guests. In front of the stairs there is another bedroom with double king size bed, a drowers, a mirror, two night tables, a vertical fan and another padded chest. The loft is also provided with natural gas heating for any winter stay. Guest access The guest can not use the inside of the flower beds and the shelves behind the curtains in the small room in front of the bedroom with the two single beds.
