The plants give a welcoming air and colour, and at the same time that they provide shade so that we can take off our shoes and finish removing the sand if we come from the beach. LIVING ROOM: As soon as we enter, we are greeted by a large and very bright living room with comfortable sofas, and a TV area and we can see the route of the corridor to the other end of the house until we go out and cross the courtyard. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower. DINING ROOM: Crossing the corridor and passing the stairs that lead to the floors of the rooms and the roof, we arrive at the spacious dining room where, by playing with the arrangement of the tables and chairs, we can organize different meals. This has access to the kitchen and the interior patio, where you can follow the table*, Sobretaula means literally on the table, but here it is used to refer to the period after a meal when we chat with friends and family and enjoy each other's company. And we hope that CA L'ORTÍ can be your space to enjoy together! EQUIPPED KITCHEN with all the essentials to make your stay great. It has direct access to the patio, so it is very practical and pleasant to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. Magnificent INTERIOR PATIO to be able to eat or dine with maximum privacy, where there is also a charcoal barbecue, ideal for preparing all kinds of grilled meat, vegetables or fish. In this same courtyard, we find a small laundry where there is a laundry room and washing machine. There are also stairs that give access to the terrace where you can sunbathe or hang your clothes, and there we have the exterior door to the FISH room. On the terrace, there are deckchairs to sunbathe or enjoy the friendly Mediterranean climate. Where to see the sunrise and sunset thanks to its incredible views and from which you can also see the outline of the city of Barcelona in the background. Guest access CA L'ORTÍ is exclusive for its guests. ENTRY Private, however, please be respectful when entering and leaving the accommodation. There are semi-detached houses on both sides and CA L'ORTÍ is still in a residential area surrounded by the houses of the village's neighbours. THE INTERIOR PATIO AND THE BBQ These spaces are not shared but must be preserved. Outdoor and dining areas must be respected. The barbecue must be cleaned after each use. PRIVATE TERRACE AND ROOF It is not allowed to carry out noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. INCLUDED SERVICES - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. - Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability. HOUSE'S RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed.
