Set over two levels, you enter into a thoughtfully designed living area with smart Tv and comfortable sofas. On cooler evenings, light the woodburning fire to create a cosy atmosphere to relax. Through the doorway you will find a modern, well designed and equipped kitchen providing everything you need to prepare an evening meal or full Welsh breakfast with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Up to the first floor, typical of a cottage of this era, there is a step leading off from the top of the stairs into a bedroom on one side and onto the landing on the other side. The master bedroom with kingsize bed boasts a quality mattress for your comfort. The second bedroom has bunk beds, ideal for children. Enjoy a soak at the end of a long day in the jacuzzi bath with shower over and wrap yourself in a nice warm towel off the Heated towel rail. The outside space is to the rear of the cottage and is tiered. Outdoor seating providing you with far reaching views but is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Take a short stroll around the village, up to the top of Mynydd Marian to take in the spectacular far reaching sea views, dropping down the other side to enjoy a pint in the local pub. The village also has a shop, Chinese takeaway and lovely church. Animal lovers are very well catered for, with stunning rural walks literally from your doorstep and wide expanse of sandy beaches less than two miles away in Llanddulas. All of this making Quarrymans an ideal choice for summer holidays and relaxing winter escapes alike. If you want to venture a little further, the Victorian Seaside town of Llandudno, quaint walled town of Conwy with her majestic castle are a short drive away.
