Out back, a private, shady patio is made for lazy afternoons, with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and zero rush to be anywhere. Inside, the living area is roomy and relaxed, the kitchen’s fully stocked, and the dining table fits seven. On the main floor, there’s a guest room, queen, with French doors to the backyard, and a playful bunk room down the hall that’s made for the kids (or kids-at-heart). They share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the primary suite is all yours, complete with a private bath, dual vanity, and another tub/shower combo for end-of-day unwinding. Oversee 30A is local, responsive, and always a text away. We’re here every day to help keep things smooth, and our 24/7 emergency line is ready just in case something weird happens (like a toaster rebellion).
