Large duplex studio, close to the sea.

Downtown Fécamp, 5 min walk from the train station and port and 15 min from the beach. The studio is half a floor of a 19th century industrial loft (our accommodation) that housed menders (repair of fishing nets). It is composed of an open kitchen, a bathroom/toilet (shower), a living/dining area and an open bedroom on the mezzanine. Located at the back of the courtyard, you won't hear any car noise. Free parking in front of the entrance. The space The kitchen has a two-burner induction hob, fridge, toaster and microwave. You can cook. There is Wi-Fi and television. For long stays: you can use a washing machine (not independent). You have at your disposal an automatic coffee, tea, and other hot drinks machine. On request and for an additional €10/p, we can prepare a "continental" breakfast. We offer to rent you bicycles to be able to practice the extraordinary green route "Véloroute du lin" which starts a few hundred meters from the studio (see photo). Also for an extra fee, I suggest you stroll at the foot of the cliffs for a half-day photo workshop. I am a professional photographer and the cliffs are one of my playgrounds that I know by heart. We will advise you on your culinary, cultural, sports, bucolic or other outings. Housekeeping fees include housekeeping and laundry. The extra guest fee compensates for the management of the household, laundry and extra showers. Guest access Access to the studio is via an independent staircase on the ground floor shared with the owners. The entrances and exits are completely independent of the owners. You will pass through an inner courtyard that is shared with our neighbors, the terrace does not belong to us, and we will ask you to preserve the privacy of our neighbors. There is free parking in front of the door and free access with an electronic badge. Other things to note We have animals (cats, dogs, etc.) so you must not have acute allergies or phobias, and be careful to lock the exit doors to the street.
