Its location is ideal for those wishing to travel through Tenerife. From where it is easy to commute North and South. As well as travel and trekking to the mountains with direct access from here to famous Mount Teide National Park. Besides, it is at an hour distance by car to visit the south, where you can enjoy magnificent beaches. In an hour you can be in the north where you will visit beautiful colonial cities such as: La Laguna, La Orotava, Garachico and Icod de Los Vinos, with its ancient famous drago tree. Guimar is a well connected town. You can find in it all the facilities of a small interesting town: a library, several sports centers, swimming pool, jogging tracks, hiking trails, and biking, horse riding, paragliding, fishing, etc..
