The Quinta is an ideal holiday destination and is well known for its dominant position on the Atlantic Ocean, its beautiful flower garden and its shared outdoor swimming pool. Let yourself be surprised by the majestic sunsets and take a break with the roar of the Ocean. The space The property is composed of 4 unique and independent houses built of local stone, the basalt. Each of them enjoys a privileged view of the Ocean. You have selected: The "PALHEIRO" HOUSE 35m² ~ up to 2 people ~ on 2 levels has a large bedroom with a balcony and an equipped kitchen. The balcony offers a magnificent bird's eye view of Paul do Mar. You may be interested in the other houses of the property: The "LAGAR" HOUSE 55 m² ~ up to 2 people ~ is the old wine press of the property. It has a spacious suite on the 1st level with a living area. On the ground floor is an equipped kitchen, a beautiful covered terrace with its small independent garden and a large private barbecue area. The “FRENTE” HOUSE 87 m² ~ up to 4 people ~ consists of 2 parental suites spread over 2 levels, completely independent with bathroom and private lounge. As well as a spacious kitchen with a decorative traditional bread oven, a large covered terrace and a private covered barbecue. A booking of 1-2 people gives access to only one parental suite. The second parental suite is open for a booking of 3-4 people. The “GRANDE” HOUSE is rented by suite. Parking and Wi-Fi are free (Internet/Android TV by Fiber 1Gbps). Guest access The Quinta de São Lourenço is located in Fajã da Ovelha (Calheta region), on the sunny southwest coast of Madeira. At an altitude of 400m, this majestic place overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and will offer you magnificent sunsets all year round. A quiet place that will bring you peace, relaxation and serenity. Other things to note - For your peace of mind, the tourist tax is already included in your booking price; so there 're no surprises or extra fees to worry about when you arrive. - Book with confidence, we offer free cancellation up to 5 days before your stay. - Babies and young children (< 8 years old) are prohibited for safety reasons (terraces, stairs, swimming pool....) - The swimming pool is not heated, the temperature varies between 22-28 degrees in summer and 14-22 degrees in winter => having no safety barriers or a lifeguard, your children must be supervised by you - Two greedy and curious cats guard the property; take care ;) - As for the majority of the island, it is necessary to have a car to get to the property. The road remains accessible to all vehicle sizes - The common areas of the property are under video-surveillance - The owners live on site - A deposit of 150€ is blocked the day of your arrival (managed entirely by AirBnB).
