Azcona, in the heart of the Yerri Valley, is home to Casa Albaitar. An 18th century house that has been updated over the years. Located on the ground and first floors of the house. The house has 10 fixed places and 4 extra places. A total of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen-dining room, separate pantry and library. Large garden space completely enclosed around the perimeter, with a barbecue area, outdoor dining room, swimming pool and different spaces to enjoy nature. The space You can stay in a house originally built in the 18th century and updated over the years so that you can enjoy large spaces and rooms with family and friends. Capacity of 10 fixed seats plus 4 optional extra seats. The house occupies the ground and first floors of the house. Upon entering through the front door, we are greeted by a spacious entrance hall through which we access the house. On this ground floor, we find a library area (with the possibility of using it as a room by installing up to two extra beds), a full bathroom, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room with a sitting area and a separate pantry room. We go up the stairs to the first floor of the house, on this floor we find the four bedrooms (three double and one quadruple) and two full bathrooms. From this floor we also have access to a large balcony-terrace with a clothesline area. Access to a large garden space where you can relax reading a book in the shade next to our pond, sunbathe in the hammocks in one of the lawn areas or even eat some delicious freshly harvested raspberries! The space is completely enclosed around the perimeter, making it a private, outdoor space overlooking the Yerri Valley and the Sierra de Andia, over 800 square meters. It has a barbecue and picnic area, outdoor dining room on a stone table in the shade of walnut trees, a play area with a trampoline and swing, an organic garden area with seasonal fruit and vegetables, a beautiful pond with a stone waterfall, sun loungers for the lawn, hammocks hanging in the trees, as well as countless corners and areas with flowers throughout the garden such as our well on the cover!
