The accommodation (55 m2) for 4 people (possibly with a baby) is located in the hills surrounding Bagnols facing south and overlooks a wooded area: there are white and green oaks, pines, rosemary and thyme. It is located on the edge of the woods, a good kilometer from the city center in a very quiet area where the houses were built at a distance. The living room and kitchen are air-conditioned. In July and August, minimum 6-day rental. The space Quiet, characterful, air-conditioned accommodation The accommodation (55 m2) for 4 people (with possibly a baby under 2 years old) is located in the hills surrounding Bagnols facing south and overlooks a wooded area: white and green oaks, pines, rosemary and thyme are the main species. It is located a good kilometer from the city center in a very quiet area where the houses were built at a respectable distance from each other. This is a top of villa that is completely independent but which behaves like a ground floor because it opens directly to the outside on a terrace. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen, both air-conditioned, a bathroom and a separate toilet, all arranged around a corridor with access to a private exterior. Please note the geography of the premises (access by stone stairs in particular) is not suitable for people with limited mobility (see photos). Wi-Fi. Check-in is preferably from 4pm to 7pm and checkout from 6am to 10am, but it's not fixed. Please note, I want to be notified 4 days in advance (Airbnb announces 2 days, but for a period of less than 4 days, I do not guarantee the reservation...). I strongly advise against the place for children under 4 years of age (except babies) for safety reasons (see photos) The accommodation opens onto the outdoor terrace, about 25 m2 and has table and chairs, deck chairs as well as access to the land above. It is a shaded area, in particular by a cluster of oaks with the scents of thyme and rosemary that dot the exterior overlooking a borie (called here capitelle) 15 meters from the accommodation. The outdoors stays cool until around noon and offers many shady or sunny spots to choose from while preserving privacy. See photos. The first bedroom includes a bed of 140 x 190, an 18th century Lorraine 2-body and a closet with shelf. It faces the hill and the capitelle, the window is equipped with a shutter, a roller mosquito net and a standing fan. The 2nd bedroom, facing the valley and the setting sun, is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed or a choice of 2 single beds of 80 X 200. There is an oak 2-body and a closet with shelves, shutter, mosquito net on roller at the window and standing fan. A folding baby crib is available. The living room, facing south, is equipped with a 2-seater sofa, a table and 4 chairs. There is a TV, air conditioning and a closet. The kitchen is equipped with a ventilated fridge-freezer, a gas stove, and a washing machine as main equipment. Household appliances available: microwave, toaster, blender-mixer, electric coffee maker, electric barbecue and all the usual equipment widely considered for 4 people. Everything is in very good condition or even new. A vacuum cleaner is available in the accommodation. The bathroom has a shower, sink and storage cabinet. Bagnols is located close to a number of interesting sites or cities. Avignon, its Palais des Papes and its festival are 35 km away, the Pont du Gard is 20 km away, the Gorges de l'Ardèche are 15 km away, Orange is 20 km away, the Sautadet waterfalls are 8 km away and the Gorges de la Cèze are 15 km away, for example. A little further, Nimes to the south or the Chauvet Cave are about fifty kilometers away…. The region is rich in historical, tourist, wine (Chateauneuf-du-Pape) or hiking sites. Conditions: No smoking in the accommodation, Pets not allowed. Rental check-in 4pm-7pm checkout 6am-10am (please let me know). The property must be returned in a clean state. Deposit of €300 (the check will not be cashed and will be returned on the morning of departure unless there is a problem of course). Possibility to provide bed sheets and towels for €30 (price for 2 bedrooms). Some mistakenly indicate to go through Rue de la Capitelle (do not take it, it is a cul-de-sac). On Rue Louiset, 22 is in a small cul-de-sac on your left as you go up.
