The decks have outdoor couches and chairs for lounging. From here, you can grab a tube, jump in the river, and catch a shuttle right back to your front door. The area is filled with live music venues, shopping, restaurants, museums, parks, golfing, etc. We are located 10 min. from Historic Gruene; 15 min. from New Braunfels and Canyon Lake; 30 min. from San Antonio, San Marcos, Wimberley and 1 hr. from Austin. If you are looking for a wonderful family vacation spot, this is it! This is a fantastic 3/2 home that will sleep 12 (please note that the house is on a septic system). There is direct access to the river via a short pathway, with a beautiful beach area to play in if you don't want to tube the river. (Tubes are available for rent right next door and they will bring you back to the house when you're done!) You can also fish right from the property, we are in the prime fishing zone! This home, located in the gated community of Cliffview Condominiums, sits across from a beautiful cliff 75 yards back from the Guadalupe River. From here you have private access to 400' of rock beach located between the 2nd and 3rd River crossings.
