Ideally located 6 km from the Jonzac Thermal Baths or the heart of the city in a quiet location with beautiful views of the countryside. 4270 m2 garden with fruit trees. Small pond and open-air café. The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. If there are 2 of you and you want 2 bedrooms, register 3 people. The space Beautiful services in a pleasant setting close to Jonzac. The bathroom is large with an Italian shower. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer. Coffee machine with pods provided, filter coffee machine. Basic necessities. A large TV is discreet, built into a piece of furniture, it is discovered by an automatic system thanks to a remote control. The view of the countryside is exceptional. Not uncommon to see a fawn, a partridge or a hare! Everything is completely new, rental opening 07/30/2017.
