Villa Tranquility has 2 floors , 3 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, 1 WC , 1 big kitchen with dining room and a living room with sofa , tv and pool table. Also there is garden with pool and wonderful view the sea and the mountain. The space Villa Tranquility is the best accommodation idea for those who seek for relaxation, peace of mind and genuine Greek hospitality. We found the name “tranquility” because the tranquility is the main characteristic of the house. Villa Tranquility is situated at a unique location, right in the Center of the island, in Psinthos Village. The combination of a wonderful view, the sea and the mountain makes it the perfect accommodation option for every guest. Also, it needs to be highlighted that it is situated on a hill, 300 metres from the main road where, the closest neighbour can be found too. In Psinthos Village, someone can find traditional restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies and super markets. Inside the Villa and starting from the first floor, 3 spacious bedrooms are found in each of which has a double bed, a closet, a big shelf with a mirror and an enormous bathroom that can easily serve the needs of the 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, a big kitchen is found along with the table area, a spacious sitting room with sofa bed , WC and a pool table. In the outside area, you will encounter a huge green area with olive trees here and there where you can lay on the sun beds under the umbrella. There is also a small wooden pool by the vineyard and an external dining area. Around the villa you will be able to see and explore our small farm where you can find various types of trees including olive trees, orange trees, fig trees and grapes. During the summer you will have the opportunity to pick the fresh fruits directly from the trees and taste them directly. Villa tranquility opened its doors in July 2021, owned by a local and friendly family that ensures you will have everything you need to enjoy your holidays in Rhodes. All the family we have been vaccinated for the covid-19. Other things to note I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals. The current stay-over tax that charges guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”. This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival at the accommodation will be 10 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash. Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.
