This Small town home has a vintage appeal and is convenient to so many things. It’s almost 2500 sq. ft. and close to Lake Blalock and Bowen. Close to several colleges like Limestone, Converse, Wofford, Spartanburg Methodist, and USC Upstate. It’s close to I-85 which will take you to Charlotte 78 miles away and Greenville 48 miles. It’s minutes from the Gaffney outlet mall. It would be a great place for out of town guest if you’re having a wedding or visiting Spartanburg for an event or business The space This home sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 Queen beds, a full bed, a futon, and a very comfortable twin cot bed. The futon is in the Master bedroom, but could easily be moved to the den if privacy needed. It is so large that if you have children they can sleep in sleeping bags and have enough room. We would allow them to do so for an extra fee of $25 per person. Just ask us about additional guests, especially if you are a work crew. The home has 3 full baths and a fenced in backyard. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and yard. The yard is huge and fenced in. Other things to note We do ask that you don't smoke inside the house and that any pets are kept in the Sun room or the fenced back yard. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have special circumstances
