In the traditional and quiet neighborhood of La Perla, just 250 m from the sea and 500 m from the micro center of the city of MAR DEL PLATA, I rent my newly opened apartment. Dishwasher, kitchen, oven and electric water heater, split cold heat, TV with internet and HD cable. Large studio with a bed that retracts to expand the living room, dining table and two armchairs with a coffee table for resting. Large window and balcony, which make it very bright. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space This apartment is my first place in my hometown (I live in Buenos Aires). What makes it unique is that I decorated it with every detail thinking that it is a space for me and to share. The things that are there are used by you and I also use them, so they are carefully chosen. Guest access The building has elevators. It is in the final stage of construction but has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay both outside and inside the house. Other things to note It is a well-kept space with stylish details. Come and see it, you'll love it! It includes a toaster, thermal carafe, mate equipment, tea and coffee sachets, which although they are not in the basic services, I think are ideal to welcome you or for a delicious breakfast!
