The beautiful rim-flow pool overlooks the majestic Indian Ocean and is netted. Overlooking the pool is a large veranda with comfortable furnishing. The house is set up for in-door-out-door living and most rooms in the house overlook the beach and ocean. The house is well equipped and offers Wi-Fi (fiber) & DSTV and is serviced. It offers a generator which supports lights & plugs incase of power outage. The house has a casual lounge, TV lounge, bar, dining room, kitchen, scullery, pantry & laundry. Kitchen: Large gas hop and oven, microwave, plenty fridge & freezer space, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery is supplied. Off the kitchen there is a shielded, spacious braai area for alfresco meals and a large lawn for kiddies to kick a ball. There is enough secure parking inside the gate. It is well secured with an alarm system, beams and armed response. Pets are allowed (by PRIOR arrangement) as the property is fully fenced and gated. NKWAZI COTTAGE, is a beautiful holiday home. It sports 8 bedrooms serviced by 7 bathrooms and a guest loo. The house sleeps 16 guests comfortably in large spacious bedrooms and it is ideal for a large family group or several families holidaying together. All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards, hangers and ceiling fans. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms all en-suite with 2 King and 2 Queen Beds. These bedrooms open onto a spacious veranda. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 2 Bedrooms are en-suite and 2 share a bathroom. REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only.
