Guest access Our guests have access to the entire studio apartment, amenities, and a basement where guests can store strollers, baggage, and other equipment. Paid parking (3 euros per day) is available on Nikola Tesla street, right next to our property. The proximity of the police station and CCTV camera coverage of streets ensure the extra safety. Our guests can reach all the local landmarks, tourist attractions, restaurants, and bars on foot. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note Note that due to the central location of the apartment, noise travels from the street, most of which can be shut out by closing the window. If you need to check in outside of the check-in hours, there might be additional fee. The main street, where the studio apartment is located, gets closed for cars between 17:00 and 24:00 and turns into a pedestrian zone. It is still possible to access the apartment by car via the side street. The apartment is located in a building privately owned by the Lorić family. You will share the entrance to the building only with the other guests. We care about sustainability. 100% of electricity comes from a renewable energy source (local hydropower plant). We implemented water conservation through towel reuse and water-efficient showers.
