The atmosphere is cozy, airy, comfortable and fully furnished, and it has been recently renovated. All in mind of your well-being. The space The Studio has Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, bed and bath linens, kitchen utensils (cutlery, crockery, pan, coffee maker, electric kettle), hair dryer, microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, air conditioning (cold), washing machine, etc. IMPORTANT: We have 1 double bed and 1 single auxiliary bed. • CAMERAS: Rest assured, your privacy is guaranteed. Our Studio has NO security cameras. The condominium, however, has cameras in the external areas. Other things to note • Check-in from 3:00 p.m. • Check-out by 10:00 a.m. • DOCUMENTS: It is mandatory to send a photo ID of all guests. If you make a reservation for someone else, you must inform us. • It is mandatory to add the host to your contact list for your profile photo to be viewed. • FORBIDDEN: Smoking / Pets. • VISITORS: It is not permitted to stay, even momentarily, with someone who is not on the reservation without the host's knowledge. • PARKING: The building has no garage. However, we provide a free spot in a private parking lot in front of the building. • The Studio is on the second floor and access is by stairs only. • Air Conditioning: Only cold. • Daily cleaning is not included in the rent, but cleaning during the stay and linen change can be arranged in advance for an additional fee of R$ 80.00. • SUPPLIES: This is a holiday home with no service included and only initial items will be available. Guests should purchase any other necessary items they will consume or use during their stay or replace the products when they are over. This includes toiletries and cleaning. • When you book, you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to all of the above rules.
