I spent wonderful years in this apartment, but now I am using it only occasionally as I work and live in another city. It has been recently renovated. The building has suffered no damage at all in the severe earthquake that hit Zagreb in 2020 and damaged 60% of buildings in the city. So it provides a safe place to stay, with safe infrastructure and surroundings. Relax under lights with flexible changes of colors. The space The apartment is not large, but very functionally organised. With large room (bedroom and living room in one), and small anteroom, bathroom, balcony and kitchen. All rooms are separated by doors, protecting your sleep from smells and noises. It is warm there even in coldest winter time, with plenty of warm water for showers and cooking. Guest access The whole apartment will be in disposal to the guests, nobody else will be staying there during the time when the flat is booked. You will have a wardrobe with hangers and drawers, and a commode with shelves fully in disposal for storage of your things. Feel free to use my yoga/exercise mat and all amenities that will make you feel at home. Please consider that it an apartment in a building and not in a hotel, therefore no luggage drop-off is possible beyond the guest check-in and check-out times. Other things to note I lived and stayed at many places in the world for my work and privately, actually spent several years of my life abroad. I like travelling and meeting people from other cultures. On the doors in the apartment anteroom I put the world map, where I mark the places where I have stayed, and also the places where the guests who stayed in the apartment came from.
