To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars This is a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor. All rooms are adorned with chandeliers. - All rooms offer ample amenities, including a heater, queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi access, electric kettle, and balconies. - All rooms on the first floor have separate seating areas, and all 4 rooms offer a TV. - One of the rooms offers a sofa-cum-bed. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a cosy living room on the ground floor, offering sofa-style seating for up to 6 people. - It is equipped with a heater and Wi-Fi. - The living room opens up to the dining area, which can seat up to 6 people. - The entrance of the villa boasts a beautiful patio, complete chairs and table, ideal for an alfresco dining experience. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. All other meals can be provided on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide staff accommodation at the property. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Soak in the splendid mountain views from the balconies and embrace the beauty around. Relish piping hot meals in the alfresco dining area. Unwind around the bonfire and enjoy a lavish barbecue spread. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Pets are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 5000. Any additional costs for damages will be borne by the guests. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area. - In case of a power outage, the 2 inverters can support all lights and the TV for up to 8 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well here.
