With a lockable six foot gate to the front of the property, access is easy when returning from your adventures in The Lake District. This area really is great for sitting out on sunny days, offering a lovely, peaceful space to relax and BBQ! This space leads off the kitchen/ diner with stable door, so you can send the kids and/ or dogs out to play and still keep an eye on them. The dining space boasts a custom built booth offering plenty room to sit and eat or play board games. The comfortable lounge offers a cosy burner perfect for the cooler evenings as well as a games cupboard, Nintendo Wii, DVD player and TV offering Netflix and Amazon Prime access. Upstairs leads to a comfortable master bedroom with built in wardrobe and kingsize bed.
