The surrounding area has a lot to offer, especially for nature lovers, children, dog owners and those interested in history: Our bungalow is located on the edge of a large forest area that invites you to extensive exploration on foot or by bike. In about five minutes' walk you can reach a pretty swimming lake with a sandy beach. If you have any questions or are interested in our current offers, please feel free to contact us. We would love to welcome you as our guests. The space We rent a beautiful bungalow that can be occupied by up to four people. The bungalow has a large, combined living room and bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out couch on which two people can sleep. From this large main room there is a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. For your comfort, the bungalow is equipped with central heating and has its own parking space. The large, partially covered sun terrace invites you to relax, which is also perfect for an extensive breakfast or a cozy barbecue. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and offers a beautiful view of the swimming lake and the adjacent forest. Guest access The property with the vacation home is completely available for your own use. Access is via a key box, so you can arrive and depart stress-free. Other things to note Dogs are all welcome. Since it has unfortunately become impossible to find reliable cleaning staff, we will be introducing some new features from October 2025: Final cleaning: From 10/01/2025, the vacation homes will be cleaned by you before departure. What this means exactly and how the cleaning is to be carried out can be found in our terms and conditions as well as the lists available in the houses. Bed linens and towels: Please also bring your own bed linen and towels from this point on. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the vacation homes. There is a covered terrace available. Security Deposit: To ensure cleaning, we charge a security deposit of €150, which will of course be refunded to you if everything has been left tidy. By paying the deposit, you agree to our terms and conditions and receive the pin for the key box. Electricity costs Since everything is becoming more and more expensive, we unfortunately have to adjust the pricing of our vacation homes somewhat. Since we want to remain fair and you should participate in the pricing, we start at a point that everyone can influence themselves: electricity consumption. From 01/01/2024, we will bill the electricity consumption separately. This also has the advantage that we can hopefully work in a more resource-saving way and everyone only pays for what they really consume.
