WOW Penthouse Boutique in the ♥ of Historic Center

It's a brand-new penthouse boutique 33m² with 2 balconies, located in the ♡ of historical center: just a few steps away from all the famous sights. Everything is accessible by foot through the pedestrian streets. Internet is fast. You can relax on the swinging hammock chairs on the balcony enjoying the sunset in total privacy & quiet. Its the perfect place to build a memory :) The space This luxurious penthouse boutique is located in the neighborhood of Thiseio, in other words in the historical center. It was designed by myself and a professional architect. It's a 1-bedroom with a double bed, comfortable anatomic matress & pillows, and a HUGE mirror wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower with sliding door, washing machine, built-in cistern, high quality quartz marble and large storage room (two drawers). The kitchen and living room are combined, but it's spacious and comfortable. All the windows are double-sided with screens and electric shutters which can offer 100% darkening (if needed). There is a security door in the main entrance of the building as well as a security/armoured door at the apartment. All electrical devices are A+, A++, A+++ which means enviromental friendly! There are two balconies. One is very spacious and includes two large swinging hammock chairs, a wooden table with two chairs, a concrete bench, and offers privacy. The smaller balcony is connected to the bedroom. Also, there is hidden lighting and downlights in the kitchen/living room and bedroom. All the sanitare wares, appliances, fixtures, etc. are AAA quality throughout. Please note that the penthouse is located on the 3rd floor without an elavator, as all the old buildings in the historical center were built without such amenities. Guest access The apartment is 100% centrally located, so you won't need transportation to see the famous sights as everything is easily accessible by foot! Just outside is a pedestrian street which leads you to one of the most famous and busiest streets in Athens (Ap. Paulou, Dionysiou Areopagitou). For example, a short walk (250m) will bring you to the famous Acropolis & the ancient Agora. Additionally, Thiseio station (Green Line) is 450m away, Kerameikos station (Blue Line) and Monastiraki Station (Blue Line) are 650m and 950m away, respectively. There is a super market, pharmacy and two bakeries all about 50m away. Parking on the street is for free, sometimes is available even in front of the apartment. We can also arrange a private transfer from/to the airport for a reasonable price (less than taxi).
