This is a studio unit with a kitchenette, dining area, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, cookingware, dinnerware, rice cooker, microwave, and overhead exhaust. There is a heater in the bathroom. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. The room has a cabinet to hang clothes and a drawer to store some clothes. There is a small area for luggages as well. Wifi and Netflix are available. This studio is ready for a short or long term stays and is suited for family, friends, solo travellers, or working nomads. Guest access Guests will have the space to themselves. Guests have the access on Wifi including Netflix for a perfect staycation/holiday. Other things to note Swimming Pool/Amenity area on the first floor is open from 6am until 10pm on Tuesdays to Sundays. This is closed every Monday for maintenance. Please let us know should you wish to access the pool so we can advise the front desk. There is a free use of pool up to 2 guests per room. Excess will be paying Php 100 per person. Due to the post pandemic situation, the host adheres to Airbnb’s cleaning protocols. Guests may have to present a valid ID at the reception upon check-in. The host has the right to decline booking for any guests not abiding with the building management’s rules.
