Our studio apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, a minute from the main street Stradun (Placa). The house in which the studio apartment is located is older than 300 years, while the interior has been recently renovated, modernly furnished and air-conditioned. The studio apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The space This charming one-bedroom studio apartment is located on the first floor of our house. It is cozy and approximately 22 m2 big but has everything you need. On the ground floor is also an entrance to the house and our jewellery/souvenir shop that is usually open during the summer. The studio apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need. It has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, plates, cutlery, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea...) with dining area. The sleeping area is comprised out of comfortable double-sized bed, plenty of storage in wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. A private en suite full bathroom has free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), hairdryer and towels that are changed regularly. The studio also has free WI-FI and air-conditioning. Guest access Guests have access to the studio apartment, containing their own private bedroom, en suite bathroom and kitchen. Other things to note As the Old Town of Dubrovnik is all in the stairs, there are a couple of flights of stairs that guests need to climb to reach our studio apartments. However, because of our great location, by going around the city walls and following our instructions that we send upon your reservation, climbing up the stairs can be avoided by reaching the apartment from the top of our street.
