Cozy living area: a large, bright dining room with a large TV, perfect for your evenings. It also includes a sofa bed. . Open kitchen: fully equipped and very functional, it allows you to cook while staying with your loved ones. On the night side: a large hallway serves three beautiful spacious rooms, offering calm and privacy to everyone. - Bedroom 1: 2 beds (120 x 190 cm) + 1 bed (90 x 200 cm) - Bedroom 2: 1 140 x 190 cm bed and 1 sofa bed - Bedroom 3: 2 47×75" (120×190 cm) beds, ideal for children or friends - Living room: the sofa bed provides an additional sleeping area for 2 people. The little extra: linens are included and your beds will be ready upon arrival. Bathroom: a bathroom with a 2-basin vanity unit and a comfortable shower (accessible via a step), as well as a separate toilet for added convenience. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire 86 m² apartment as well as its private terrace. Parking: You have free parking next to the entrance gate.
