Guest is obliged to take care of hotel property and follow the safety rules! 2. Attempting to remove, disconnect or switch off the smoke detector is subject to a fine of 500 GEL! 3. It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage in the hotel area, corridors and staircases. In case of violation, the fine is 200 GEL. It is also not allowed to leave/store any kind of things at the entrance door of the apartment! 4. It is not allowed to throw any kind of garbage (including cigarette butts) from the balcony. In case of violation, the fine is 200 GEL! 5. Smoking anywhere in the hotel area or in the rooms is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the fine is 300 GEL! 6. Bringing inflammable, explosive and toxic substances into the hotel building is strictly prohibited! 7. In order to protect the aesthetics of the facade it is forbidden to hang laundry out on the balcony. In case of violation, the fine is 100 GEL! 8. The guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the evacuation instructions in the room. In case of emergency, the evacuation staircase should be used!
