4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house is situated in the Burns Park neighborhood, a central location to the Big House (less than one mile) and downtown/campus (15 minute walk). The space The home has 4 bedrooms (one queen bed, two full beds, and one pull-out twin sofa bed) and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. The first floor consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room with seating for >8, a large and comfortable family room, and a half-bathroom. The recently completely finished basement offers additional space with a full-size futon, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities. We have shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. in the bathrooms, as well as a hair dryer in each room as well. You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen, including condiments, spices, etc. The backyard has a stone patio, a comfortable recreational/seating area for >8, and an additional dining area for 7-8 people. Guest access There will be access to two drawers in three of the four bedrooms to store clothing, as well as a hanging clothes rack in these rooms; the fourth bedroom will have access to a small closet for hanging clothes. As well, Ann Arbor ordinance requires all the fun moves indoors by 10 p.m. (quiet hours). No smoking of any substance, regardless of legality, inside or outside of the house.
