This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck & private living space. There is a outside shower available to guests, pullout couch, free access to bikes, beach chairs, kayaks/paddle board off the dock, and parking. Our place feels secluded yet less than a mile to restaurant’s, Publix, and the beach access’s. The guest apartment is completely separate from the main house. The apartment consists of a bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 full bath, kitchenette, toaster oven, living room, Smart TV with a guest account for Netflix and basic TV channels, private entrance, private balcony, and pullout queen couch if needed. Off the back deck you can enjoy watching eagles and ospreys catch fish in the sound while drinking morning coffee or evening beverage. Biking distance to the beach (1 mile), Wright Brother Monument (1 mile), and another 4 mile bike path that goes along the sound shore. You can park under the left side of the house and use the front set of stairs to enter the home. The front door is set up so this is your private access. We use a dry entry from under the house. You have access to the outside shower, beach chairs, kayaks off the dock, and bicycles. I work 8-6 so my interaction with guests is limited. I am available by phone almost any time of day if you need me for anything. I have check in and out procedures so that you can check in or out without me being home anytime of day or night. 1 mile bike ride to the Wright Brothers monument and gorgeous sound front views. This is a quite neighborhood with low traffic. Excellent area for walks or bike rides to local restaurants and scenic routes. Miles of paved bike paths go through our neighborhood down the sound-shore and to the Wright Brothers Monument. Less than 5 minute drive to Avalon Pier, Brewing Station, Publix, and ocean beach accesses. Bike and car are the best modes of transportation. Please No smoking and no pets.
