Cottage in Yerakini

This cottage is located in Gerakini, Halkidiki and offers you a quiet and comfortable stay, literally a step away from the sea. It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen with dining area and one living room. Outside there is a private green garden which leads directly to the sandy beach. It is fully equipped and renovated. Ideal for families and groups of friends. The space The house is 50 sq.m., with a 20 sq.m. terrace overlooking the sea and a 200 sq.m. garden leading directly to the sandy beach. Bedrooms #1 & #2 have a double bed (150x200cm) with a 24cm thick mattress. Each room has its own closet. In the living room, a corner sofa bed allows another guest to sleep. There is the possibility of installing a playpen and a dining seat upon request and at no extra charge. The living room has a corner sofa, a 4K 3D 40'' Smart TV and an armchair with a footrest. Free Wi-Fi is provided during your stay. The house is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker and other small appliances that can be used for cooking. We have all the necessary amenities: towels, hair dryer, iron, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and cotton swabs. Outside, on the terrace there is a six-person dining room, BBQ as well as a green garden with outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrella, swings and another six-person table to enjoy your meal or coffee in front of the sea. Finally, on the beach there is a tropical umbrella with the possibility to move the sunbeds from the garden. Other things to note Gerakini is a seaside settlement located between Kassandra and Sithonia very close to the prefecture's capital, Polygyros, and has a stunning view of Toroneos Bay. The ideal location of Gerakini lies in the fact that it is 50 minutes from the ends of the two legs of Halkidiki as well as from Thessaloniki airport. Indicatively, these are some distances: 75 km from Thessaloniki, 65 km from Macedonia airport, 14 km from Nea Moudania, 20 km from Nikiti, 35 km from Vourvourou, 45 km from Neo Marmara, 40 km from Kallithea, 60 km from Pefkochori.
