The space Modern holiday home (built in 2020) on an approx. 300 m², forest‑adjacent plot: the 45 m² house accommodates up to five people and a small dog and features a 15 m² veranda ideal for breakfast or barbecues. The bright, open living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen; the adjacent dining area seats five. Sleeping arrangements: master bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, guest room with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, and a bunk bed 80 × 200 cm with safety rail. A parking space is available free of charge during your stay; there are four 300 kW charging stations for electric cars. Guests may use the sauna free of charge (usually open daily from 17:00 to 23:00). A trampoline and a swing are provided in the garden and on the property; the Ostseecamp grounds offer numerous leisure activities such as volleyball and table tennis. Washing machines and dryers are available on site free of charge. This house is ideal for families or small groups seeking peace, nature and comfort on the Lübeck Bay. Bicycles can be rented optionally. Other things to note The owner of the holiday home will contact you by phone or e‑mail in good time before your arrival to arrange the exact arrival time for a personal welcome and key handover. A security deposit of €200 is required on site; the refund will be made by bank transfer 2–3 days after departure and inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels can be booked through the owner on site. The fee for the OstseeCard varies by season between €1.90 and €3.50 per person per night and is payable on arrival. A small dog is allowed only after prior registration, is subject to a fee and must be covered by liability insurance. Wi‑Fi is available free of charge, but only to the extent provided by the Ostseecamp.
