This first floor apartment provides everything you need for a stay in the Electric City. Laid out similar to that of a studio apartment with vintage charm and city views from your private balcony. Full bathroom, kitchen and living room/bedroom. Just 1 block from Geisinger CMC Hospital, 2 blocks from Nay Aug Park, and a 10 minute walk to University of Scranton. You will also receive our cultivated list of shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a triplex house located in a residential neighborhood, the Hill Section. The house is built on the side of a hill and provides excellent views of downtown from the kitchen & private balcony. The apartment is laid out similar to a studio apartment. There is a full bathroom, kitchen and large open living room/ bedroom space. In the kitchen you will be provided pots, pans, baking sheets and even a waffle maker. Guest access Front door is key code access. Key to apartment door will be provided upon arrival. Guests are welcome to use anything within the apartment space their personal back balcony as well as the front porch.
