While still retaining the charm of this traditional Cottage property it has been modernised to offer you a great stay for either a large family or groups of friends. If you are looking for a centrally located property to base your stay on the island this could be perfect for you. Seaviews from 3 of the 4 bedrooms and very close to shops and cafes - the Co-Op and Costa are our neighbours. The space The entrance is on the ground floor - where the hallway takes you through to the property - there is a large open plan kitchen with utility area off the kitchen. The sitting room is open plan with the kitchen and the small courtyard is accessed from the kitchen. There is a downstairs Bathroom with Shower to the rear of the kitchen, Upstairs there are 4 good size bedrooms and the family bathroom with a shower attachment over Bath. 1 x Kingsize bedroom 2 x Double Bedroom 1 x Bunk-bed room Guest access The bedrooms are located upstairs, as is the main family Bathroom, but there is a downstairs Bathroom with Shower off the Kitchen. Other things to note 1. No Smoking 2. No Parties 3. No Pets Additional Notes: We only rent to guests who are over 23 years old as we have had issues with younger adults not respecting the property. We welcome children with well behaved parents!
