The space Our apartment, fully renovated in August 2021, has been designed with meticulous attention to detail and a harmonious blend of materials, creating a stylish and comfortable space for your stay. We focused on environmental friendliness, recycling 100% of the existing materials and 80% of the new ones used during the renovation. With an open-plan layout that includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, dining space, and a modern bathroom, the apartment is ideal for relaxation. The bedroom features a spacious built-in wardrobe, offering both comfort and practicality. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to provide you with a truly unique stay. Guest access The apartment is located in the heart of the city, with all services, shops, banks, cafés, and restaurants of Chania just steps away. It is only three blocks from the Municipal Market, close to taxi, intercity, and city bus stops, and just a ten-minute walk from the picturesque Old Port. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. Please note there are 12 steps from the ground level, and there is no elevator. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Aircondition as well as heating are included in the price. We do not charge extra and for this reason we kindly request that our guests to use wisely and switch the units off when not needed. For your safety and the security of the apartment, there are cameras installed at the entrance and on the balcony. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside.
