The space The apartment is inside a two-story building. The APARTMENT WITH BALCONY is on the second floor, next to a second apartment for guests, while the host lives on the upper floor. It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with bathroom, kitchen and bed linen, with weekly change and a private bathroom with shower, soap and hairdryer. There is a private balcony equipped with a coffee table and chairs, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can be transformed into one or two additional beds. In common use for the two apartments and the host's family, there is a room with a washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products and a large porch equipped with a large table and chairs overlooking the garden and the mountains. You will find a large garden equipped with deckchairs, where you can relax in the shade of the old apple tree or in the evening watch the stars. In the property you can meet some animals including a dog, cats and chickens or venture to the small artificial pond. Possibility of parking in the attic in front of the building (one car per apartment), alternatively large public parking about 200 meters away. The premises are NON-SMOKING but it is possible to use the outdoor spaces. From the property you can set off for walks and trekking in the Ossola valleys and in nearby Switzerland or reach the lakes of Mergozzo and Maggiore.
