New to the market! After a complete renovation, everything is brand new in our home. We have spent a lot of time and energy making this home a modern South County getaway. This home is just steps to the Narrow River, the premier kayaking spot in RI. Or, bring your fishing rod and catch some stripers. The backyard is completely fenced in, and perfect for families including an Outdoor shower and gas fire pit. Two kayaks are also included for tenants to use. The space This house is extremely baby and child friendly. We have a 2 year old and newborn so baby gates are installed on stairs for your convenience, and the backyard is completely fenced in. If you do intend on bringing your well-behaved family pet, there will be a non-refundable $150 pet fee, on top of the agreed price. Dogs need to be house trained, and cleaned up after.
