Other things to note Check-in and Key Collection Check-in is carried out in person so we can welcome you, hand over the keys, and explain everything you need to know about the accommodation and the residential complex. Late check-in: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of €30. For arrivals after 11:00 PM, the fee is €50. Payment is made through a secure payment link. House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay and respect the peace and quiet of our neighbours, smoking, pets, parties, and events are not permitted at the property. Legal Conditions of Your Stay For stays of up to 10 days, the property is offered as tourist accommodation in accordance with the tourism regulations of the Valencian Community. For stays of more than 10 days, a temporary rental agreement will be required in accordance with Law 29/1994 of 24 November on Urban Leases, provided that the stay is for a genuine temporary purpose other than permanent residence.
