Guest access Pipa Beach is a famous beach located in the municipality of Tibau do Sul, 85 km from Natal, capital of the state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. It is the main seaside resort on the state's southern coast, which also includes beaches such as Ponta do Madeiro and Praia do Amor. Pipa Beach, in its entirety, is defined as a sea turtle preservation area. There are 9 beaches that form the resort known as Praia da Pipa: Tibau do Sul beach, where the Guaraíras Lagoon empties into the sea, Praia do Giz, Cacimbinhas, Madeiro, Baía do Golfinhos, Praia do Centro, Amor, Minas, Cancela and Sibaúma.
