Aloha! Come relax in this small beach-themed room that will keep you cheery through long New Hampshire winters. Your keypad-locked room is on the 2nd floor of our historic New England house. Most of the house is locked off, but guests will have access to the side entrance, back stairs, and upstairs hallway including coffee station. We rent out 3 private rooms which share a bathroom. The room includes a full bed, desk, closet, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, WiFi, heat/AC, tv, and more. The space Guests will use a keypad to enter the side door off of the driveway, and head upstairs to the guest space. This beach-themed bedroom measures 11'x7'9", and has everything you could need. It includes a full bed, 32" HD Smart fire TV, 200 mbps wifi, desk, chair, dresser, microwave, 2-door mini fridge/freezer, closet, window AC, heater, and more. The upstairs hallway has two other bedrooms off of it, which we also rent out individually, a coffee station including a coffee maker and toaster, and a bathroom. The bathroom is shared by the three upstairs guest bedrooms, so depending on how busy things are you could have it to yourself or share it with two other rooms. Guests are welcome to use the small patio space outside the entrance. This is for street parking only, but there is plenty of free/unrestricted street parking around. Please be aware that because this is an antique house (Concord started keeping records in 1900, and it was already built by then), the stairs are relatively steep and narrow. Guest access Guests will have access to the side entrance, upstairs hallway, shared bathroom, and their private bedroom. During your stay This is my mother (Shelly)'s house, but my wife (Amber) and I (McKayne) manage it. We live just a few blocks away, so we're close if something comes up, but otherwise you probably won't see us. Other things to note Street parking only, but it is plentiful and free. Please note that if Concord declares a Winter Storm Event Parking Ban, no street parking in the city is allowed between midnight and 7am. Concord allows free parking in all city parking garages if this happens. There are parking garages at 19 N State St., 17 School St., and 75 Storrs St. If you have to park in a garage, we will try to give you a ride back and forth, but don't guarantee that we will be able to.
