The 1BR condo is brand new - recently fully upgraded. You will be able to access the whole apartment, including all amenities and facilities of the condo, except the private parking garage, but there is ample free and safe parking on the street. I will be available thru the airbnb app to help you out, as well as the staff of the condominium, who are happy to assist with usage of the facilities. Right around the corner from a huge modern mall, with large supermarket. Just a few minutes (15 min) walk to the city center, near a main avenue but far enough to not have any noise. There are cheap taxis 24/7 outside the condo, just raise your hand and they will stop. To the city center is about $1.50 USD or a short pleasant walk. You could also use Uber, which is a bit cheaper even.
