This is a whole house for a group. There are six rooms: one big room and 5 small rooms. It is near a JR station, JR Hyogo and it takes 15 minutes to Sannomiya, Kobe downtown by a train. You can go to any other famous places or cities within 10-90 minutes by a train. Some fancy restaurants are near the house. The neighbor is quiet so you guys can spend calm time, but you guys need to be quiet too. The space #HOUSE This house has 4 rooms on 2nd floor and 2 rooms on 1st floor. From 3rd floor and above is private floors of us. #CHECK-IN AND CHACK-OUT Self-Check-in and self-check-out. I will tell you the key number after your reserving. And you don't need to see me when you check in and check out. #BEDROOM This room is one of six rooms. The room is the private room and has a private door key. Air conditioner heat/cool. Hair Dryer is equipped. #RESTROOM and SHOWER ROOM A Restroom is on 1st and 2nd each floor and those are public but very clean. Two shower rooms are on 1st floor, and those are also public. These two are also very clean and have shampoo and body soap. #KITCHEN AND CAFE A public small cafe and kitchen are on 1st floor. Feel free to use it. The kitchen has full equipment. You can take a bottle of water in a refrigerator from the cafe per day. Guest access 5 minutes to JR HYOGO station by walk. 8 minutes to Hanshin Hankyu DAIKAI station by walk. 2 minutes to convenience store (seven eleven) An hour from Kansai International Airport to Sannomiya (Downtown of Kobe) by a bus (1950Yen). And From JR SANNOMIYA to JR HYOGO(160Yen), 10 minutes. 30 minutes to OSAKA From HYOGO(550Yen) or to UMEDA from DAIKAI(470Yen). 90 minutes to KYOTO from DAIKAI(770Yen). (Please get on rapid train) Other things to note Please be quiet after 11 pm. Free Wi-Fi. (I will tell you the passcode after the reservation) Free Laundry. But between 10 am - 9 pm.
