The cottage is composed of a house entirely at your disposal. It is located in the heart of Gervans. You will appreciate our cottage for its great comfort, its calm and for the quality of the materials used. The cottage, very spacious, with a capacity of 7 people, is perfect for families with children. The huge garden is also available. Animals (donkeys, sheep, etc.) will entertain you. New: Air conditioning Shared pool available (June to September) The space The cottage is nestled in the middle of a winegrower village, in the heart of the Crozes Hermitage appellation, in a green setting where you will find calm and serenity. Many hiking trails are directly accessible as well as the best cellars, not to mention our personal cellar... Guest access You will have access to the western part with a large wooded area and an ecological pond. Not to mention our 2 donkeys, 2 sheep and our chicken. On the east side, there is a green inner courtyard with a shaded terrace and balcony. There is also a swing for children and an in-ground pool (10x4 m, available from June 2023) A plancha is available to enhance your stay. Other things to note Our cottage is adjoining our home. Access is completely independent. Towels are not included in the rental (optional at €6/person).
