The space The villa offers an indoor living space with kitchen as well as outdoor seating and pool loungers. The highlight of this brand new villa is definitely the amazing glass wall of the pool - did you ever dream of getting the perfect underwater picture? Dream no longer! Huge glass windows enable the light to enter each bedroom and the enclosed living room/kitchen. Every ensuite bathroom has natural light too. You can admire the greenery and palm trees while mixing your drink in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen while daily housekeeping will ensure that you have the perfect relaxing holiday without any worry. Elegant chesterfield couches, wood and metal details paired with wall high glass windows, amazing pool and green nature - what else could you wish for. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, A/C, private bathroom, dresser and double/twin bed. You have direct access to the pool, large glass windows and open showers. The space ensures your privacy in the spacious rooms and offers beautiful common spaces indoor and outdoor. The staff is coming daily to clean the house and pool, you can talk to the villa host on-side if you have wishes regarding the timing. Our villa host and staff will give their best to make you happy and help you with every request. Bookings for massages, restaurants or taxis can be made by them. They will also have a lot of tipps about the surrounding area! Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner can be arranged on request, please give 1 day notice to the villa host. Breakfast can be prepared by the staff onside, extra costs for the grocery and a tip for the staff applies. Lunch and Dinner can be prepared by a private chef, please contact our villa host for details. Services can be arrange for an additional cost and via external partners: - Laundry - Massages - Private drivers - Scooter/Car rental - Day trips Guest access The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life! ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud. Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site. Other things to note *Subject to noise/passing in surroundings due to construction next door. Host is not responsible for activity outside of own land. This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze. We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the AirBnb cleaning procedure. === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them. - Q: Could I have a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. In this case, our villa host will be the one shopping for groceries and preparing the food directly at the villa. This will imply a cover charge and the groceries cost to be settled. For all other requests and meals, should you wish to have a professional chef or a professional catering, we can recommend trusted partners with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. For both simple breakfast by your villa host or other more sophisticated dining services, simply inquire with your villa host a day before to ensure availability. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast? - A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of IDR 430k/ tray. Breakfast tray can be shared between four guests . The order can be placed directly to to onsite staff, by the latest, the morning before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 6 people, but the maximum capacity is for 8 people which means that the 7th and 8th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person.
