Saint-Etienne-de-Tinée is an authentic village, surrounded by high mountains. In winter or in summer, the village offers many opportunities (sport, cultural activities...). The flat is located in a former convent classified as historical monument. It has been renovated with local material (wood, stone) but is fully equipped for your confort (TV, WIFI, wood stove, full equipped kitchen). It is located at 300m from the cable-car to Auron ski resort. It's an ideal place for ski or hiking holidays. The space The flat has 2 linked bed-rooms, perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There is a mezzanine that can be used to watch TV or as an extra bedroom for 1 person. Equipment : in the kitchen : oven (combined micro-wave), fridge (with small freezer), dish-washer, Nespresso coffee machine and traditional cafetiere kettle, bread toaster, raclette, fondue, waffle machins; leaving room : wifi, large flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker, wood stove and large wooden table; others : Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, washing machine, ironing material. You can also enjoy a yard. In summer, it is a nice place to eat outside (outside table and chairs), make a barbecue, let your mountains bikes, canoe or moto-cycles or other. Other things to note The rate does not include local taxes (1,05 €/night per adult). Household lined can be supplied (please let us know when you book) : - bed, 1 person set : 10€/person (includes a fitted sheet, a duvet-cover, 2 pillow covers); - bathroom : 1 person set : 5€/person (includes 2 towels); - household products, a tablecloth, 4 dishcloth : 10€.
